10 Things I Love About You - Julia Quinn

"Annabel looked down. Her hands were shaking. She couldn't do this. Not yet. She couldn't face the man she'd kissed who happened to be the heir to the man she didn't want to kiss but whos she probably was going to marry. Oh yes, and she could not forget that if she did marry the man she didn't want to kiss, she was likely to provide him with a new heir, thus cutting off the man she did want to kiss."

I have nothing else to say. It was superb...like always. This is a must-read from our beloved Miss Quinn.

No Time To Be The HOPELESS ROMANTIC ME!!

Not everyone can afford to be romantic. Oh man!! I'm missing my novels, my heroes, heroines, my romantic scenes, my love scenes, my my my... MY EVERYTHING! T_T I am so busy with cases to be done, the PBL sessions, the lectures, the..the..the..THE EVERYTHING! Although I have no worries whatsoever regarding which Miss Quinn's novel need to be read because I have read all of them and just waiting for the next novel next summer :) but still, I can't get enough of them. I want to reread every single novel, to inspect(what a word) how are my heroes doing, how are their lives after our last encounters :p Hihihi...how I miss them. And..and..and..AND JUDITH MCNAUGHT! Awwww... I want Matt Farrell, I want Zach Benedict, I want Ian Thornton, I want all of them! T_T I am alone and lonely! I'm being left alone (which I used to really love) with no NOVELS! And there is NO TIME TO BE THE HOPELESS ROMANTIC ME!!

What Happens In London - Julia Quinn

"What?"
"You're so neat," she said, looking almost embarrassed.
He glanced pointedly over his shoulder. "There are four hundred on the other side of this door."
"But you're ruining me."
"I can't do it neatly?"

Secret Diaries Of Miss Miranda Cheever - Julia Quinn

"Now I want you to listen to me," he said in a low voice, taking her chin in his hand and forcing her to look at him. "And listen carefully, because I'm only going to say this once. You are going to marry me before this week is out. Since you have conveniently run off to Scotland, we don't need a special license. You're just lucky I don't haul you off to a church right this instant. Get yourself a dress and get yourself some flowers, because, sweeetheart, you're getting yourself a new name."

Hello..hello...it's been such a long time already. Gosh!! I'm beginning to forget about the existence of this blog. My...my.. With all my classes, I guess I wont have time to read more historical novels. In fact, I have one of Miss Quinn's novel still unread. Grrr... And it is about Sebastian Grey, the funniest hero I've the fortunate luck to meet. Hihi.. From what I've learned from What Happens In London, he was such a passionate writer of horror/comedy/almost romantic novel. :p Aaahh... I have to wait for winter's break then. Hmm... Oh yeah, The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever was fun but not terribly romantic. It was ok. I love Turner and I also love Miranda, but it took a week to finish my reading. Usually I can spend 6 straight hours for a novel or at least 2 days. What am I talking about! Miss Quinn's novels are superb!! Gosh!! Maybe I don't really like the idea of having an ugly heroin. Well, she's not ugly, but just not pretty but still Turner loved her with all his heart. Now that's romantic!! Yippe... :) Well, of course he have to love her, she's been waiting for him since she was like 10 years old! He got married, his wife was dead, he was terrified with the idea of having another bitch for a wife, she was there, innocently waiting for him, patiently standing by his side for him to notice her, to love her, aahh yes, and making his blood stirred with desire and and and...of course to be his wife. :) HAPPILY EVER AFTER WITH CHILDREN. YIPPEE..YIPPEE...

Someday My Prince Will Come - Snow White

Someday my prince will come
Someday I 'll find my love
And how thrilling that moment will be
When the prince of my dreams comes to me
He'll whisper I love you
And steal a kiss or two
Though he's far away I'll find my love someday
Someday when my dreams come true

Someday I'll find my love
Someone to call my own
And I know at the moment we meet
my heart will start skipping the beats
Someday we'll say and do
Things we've been longing to
Though he's far away I'll find my love someday
Someday when my dreams come true

Someday my prince will come
Someday we'll meet again
And away to his castle we'll go
To be happy forever I know
Someday when spring is here
We'll find our love anew
And the birds will sing and weddingbells will ring
Someday when my dreams come true

Paradise - Judith McNaught

"If you think," he said wryly, "that you can smile at me like that and make me agree to almost anything, you're right."
