No Time To Be The HOPELESS ROMANTIC ME!!

Not everyone can afford to be romantic. Oh man!! I'm missing my novels, my heroes, heroines, my romantic scenes, my love scenes, my my my... MY EVERYTHING! T_T I am so busy with cases to be done, the PBL sessions, the lectures, the..the..the..THE EVERYTHING! Although I have no worries whatsoever regarding which Miss Quinn's novel need to be read because I have read all of them and just waiting for the next novel next summer :) but still, I can't get enough of them. I want to reread every single novel, to inspect(what a word) how are my heroes doing, how are their lives after our last encounters :p Hihihi...how I miss them. And..and..and..AND JUDITH MCNAUGHT! Awwww... I want Matt Farrell, I want Zach Benedict, I want Ian Thornton, I want all of them! T_T I am alone and lonely! I'm being left alone (which I used to really love) with no NOVELS! Hello..hello...it's been such a long time already. Gosh!! I'm beginning to forget about the existence of this blog. My...my.. With all my classes, I guess I wont have time to read more historical novels. In fact, I have one of Miss Quinn's novel still unread. Grrr... And it is about Sebastian Grey, the funniest hero I've the fortunate luck to meet. Hihi.. From what I've learned from What Happens In London, he was such a passionate writer of horror/comedy/almost romantic novel. :p Aaahh... I have to wait for winter's break then. Hmm... Oh yeah, The Secret Diaries of Miss Miranda Cheever was fun but not terribly romantic. It was ok. I love Turner and I also love Miranda, but it took a week to finish my reading. Usually I can spend 6 straight hours for a novel or at least 2 days. What am I talking about! Miss Quinn's novels are superb!! Gosh!! Maybe I don't really like the idea of having an ugly heroin. Well, she's not ugly, but just not pretty but still Turner loved her with all his heart. Now that's romantic!! Yippe... :) Well, of course he have to love her, she's been waiting for him since she was like 10 years old! He got married, his wife was dead, he was terrified with the idea of having another bitch for a wife, she was there, innocently waiting for him, patiently standing by his side for him to notice her, to love her, aahh yes, and making his blood stirred with desire and and and...of course to be his wife. :) HAPPILY EVER AFTER WITH CHILDREN. YIPPEE..YIPPEE...

Awwww....the sweetest scene ever. I don't know how many times I watched this scene. Never get tired. The voice. Aaaahhh... I can't think of anyone else to play Mr.Darcy as perfect as Matthew did. I love him. So much. Very much. I'm happy...so happy...incandescently happy... Matthew is so cute, and handsome (very very handsome, super handsome), and got puppy eyes(awwww I'm melting) , and those smiles (I'm wondering whether my legs are made up of butter :p) , and..and..and...his superb,deep,husky voice (oh my word!) and..and...and he's MARRIED!!!! He left me with BROKEN HEART! T_T . 

Great Matthew!! And then just before I can get over this whole things, you showed up in The Three Musketeers. GREAT! And looking so handsome. Hahahhaha...exaggerating! 

But I do adore him so very much as Mr.Darcy. Lovely! Thank you! :) Never get tired of the movie. But I love the book more. It's more detailed and all and Jane Austen did a very great job indeed.

And why ever you needed to be injured all the time? Sprained ankles, bruises, stitches, BLOOD!!! Ahhh...what a dangerous life you were leading. Poor you. Poor my NERVES!!! I was worried about you all the time. Oh bloody Cecil Wycombe! You were terrible terrible man! And Oh Ellie! You nagged all the time! And screamed! And made a very hard bargain with dear Charles! Poor him. He was suffering you know. But the torment had ended beautifully indeed. You were genius! I think that was the sweetest scene ever. You both were so childish even more than little Judith! Hahahahaha...You guys suited perfectly. Awwwwww..... I LOVE YOU!!! hahahah....My favorite part of all. Charles made Ellie think the worst before saying 'I Love You' . Funny! Im so sad and frustrated. And I am sick. The only thing that can be done to cheer me up is reading Julia Quinn's novel. Everything and The Moon it is. Thank God it does bring the laughter to me. I can forget about my miserable life even only for a while. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ah Robert Kemble, you were so sweet and cute and handsome and in love. I love the fact that he was falling in love at the first sight. FIRST SIGHT!!! Although I'm not a believer for such thing, I love it anyway. He loved to show how much he love Victoria, he said it out loud! Awww...so sweet this guy. Curse their fathers. Grrrr....why can't they let their children to have a happy life and instead let them in agonies for bloody seven years. CRUEL! But without the fathers, it wouldn't be a story, wouldn't it? Besides, I love when Robert finally learned the truth of how the misunderstanding between them. He pursued her with all his heart determined to make her his again. I love the fact when Robert acted like a child. Stomping his feet and all. Searching for a peephole as if his life depend on it just to take a peep on Victoria. She was bathing. Hahaha..and he was sighing all the time for not having to accomplish any. Poor Robert. And he was fined for being so cute. :) Oh I love him. And Victoria! Well..well...stubborn little chit we got here. Grrrr....Luckily she's the only one that can make my dear Robert happy. They're happy at the end. So no harm done. Be happy dear. And now I'm reading Brighter Than The Sun featuring Eleanor Lyndon, Victoria little sister and Charles Wycombe,The Earl Of Billington who happened to be so cute and charming and nagging all the time and DRUNK!!!! hahahaha.... I want to be happy again without so much problems surrounding me. Julia Quinn is certainly a big help! :)

I Never Know What Is Stress Until Now

I hate myself. I hate being me. I hate being the weak me. The miss mom and dad all the time me. I hate the fact that I couldn't leave my home 50 miles away for 2 months let alone thousands and thousands miles away from home for bloody 6 years. Help me. Please give me the strenght to survive in this world away from dear parents. Please take my emotion away. I dont want to cry every single night missing my parents,missing my home, and help me god,missing my bathroom. I dont want to have any feeling. And if that means I have to forget my dear heroes especially Ian Thornton,so be it. I might regret it later but instead of having my dream being crushed,I'm willing to give it up. Oh..please let it come true. I want to focus on my studies and achieve my dream. I'm so stressed out right now. T_T

Hahahahhaa...it happens all the time with all characters I've the opportunity to become acquaintance. :)

- I read An Offer From A Gentleman! I wanted to marry Benedict Bridgerton. (All the Bridgerton's brothers I must say)

- I read Devil In Winter! I wanted to marry Sebastian StVincent.

- I read The Duke Is Mine! I wanted to marry Tarquin Brook-Chatfield.

- I read The Hellion In Her Bed! I wanted to marry Jarret Sharpe.

- I read Paradise! I WANT to marry Matthew Farrel beyond anything.

- I read Perfect! I WANT to marry Zack Benedict beyond Matt.

- I read Every Breath You Take! I WANT to marry Mitchell Wyatt beyond Matt & Zack.

- I read Whitney My Love! I WANT to marry Clayton Westmorland as my historical husband and still have Mitchell as my contemporary husband.

- And then I read Almost Heaven!!!!! I WANT to marry IAN THORNTON beyond anything and anyone. He is my one and only. And finally I can make a decision. I love Ian Thornton the most. With him, I can forget about Matt,Zack,Mitchell, Clayton and other names above. :)

You can conclude that I am Judith McNaught biased. :)

But someone can top Ian Thornton! MR FITZWILLIAM DARCY. My Mr Darcy can top anyone else and I may say, no living man can compare to him, a fictional character. Oh Jane Austen, that's a terrible thing you created. I couldn't find someone for me then. Hahahaha...

Guess I'm not terribly in love with Ian. Or maybe I just love both Ian and Mr.Darcy fully and equally. :)        

I wouldn't know because I'm a HOPELESS ROMANTIC!!!!!

Awwww.... This is why I love Almost Heaven the most. I've been reading this novel for at least 17 times. I never get tired of this couple. Ian Thornton especially. And I admit, Elizabeth Cameron was loveable and adorable. I'm happy for Ian. She's perfect for him. :)


Unlike Julia Quinn, heroes and heroins of Judith were perfect!  (I still love John) He must be handsome! He must be rich! He must be intelligent. He must be anything beyond my wildest dream :) . He must be respected by the ton and the society. He must be succeed in his business. He must be the sought after. He must be blue blood. Not a mere mister and always the highest in the ranking. Always dukes, marquesses and an earl. Never a viscount nor a baron. He would be facing world's most horrid moments one could only hope not to live a day longer but still managed to escape the horrendous experience. 
He would love fiercely, unconditionally and irrevocably. He would be a rake. He would have treat any other women with lowest regard but not HER! She would be everything for him. She was his vulnerable spot. She could damage his everything. His soul, his mind, his body. By the sight of her, he could be at ease. At the sound of her voice, his blood would stir wildly. With her beauty and grace, he would be the most proud man. But, with only words, she could bring him down. 
In the world's eyes, he was the greatest man, he was perfection, he was respected, and he was the the most influenced people. But with her, he was nothing. He was vulnerable. He was weak. He was..he was...he was in love! Love will soften him. Love will bring him happiness. And she was his love,his happiness his everything. 
And she would be a beauty, a proud beauty. A happiness. Grace was her middle name. Only she can fit him to perfection. Only she can embrace his soul. Only she can bring the long lost laughter from him. Only she can bring him happiness. The perfection in his arm would be her.
All Judith McNaught's novel would have these all qualities. And I love every single of them. 
Ian Thornton was not a rake, that was a surprise. He was  a scot. He was the most stood out hero.  He broke the tradition by loving her first . He was first a mere mister with no money but only skill in gambling and the face that would make Michaelangelo's David to nothing ( but in my case Alex O'Loughlin) :p . But he turned out to be the heir of the Duke Of Stanhope which make him the Marquess of Kensington. See?? No mere mister. Even he refused to have any relation with his grandfather he reconcile with him only to save Elizabeth. See? Years and years of hatred and refusal being set aside just for Elizabeth. He would do anything for her. You have to read the novel to understand what I'm talking about. I'm  not going to type everything :) .
Let's just say they were happy (extremely happy and romantic and beautiful) for three months after their wedding when something unexpected happened. Out of sudden, there were barristers, and jails and House Of Lords and trials and everything that put Ian's life at risk. 
There were also a divorce petition! Poor them both. Ian was a scot, once he was betrayed, he would do anything to put a stop to his agony, including Elizabeth. And I forgot to mention the appearances of Jordan and Alexandra Townsend in this novel(they were the hero&heroin of Something Wonderful). 
Elizabeth been running from him and his vengeance for three moments and suddenly Ian wasn't himself. He couldn't make decisions, he couldn't sleep, he couldn't be him and he laid awake every night wanting her. 

"If you would take one step forward, darling, you could cry in my arms. And while you do, I'll tell you how sorry I am for everything I've done -" Unable to wait, Ian caught her, pulling her tightly against him. "And when I'm finished," he whispered hoarsely as she wrapped her arms around him and wept brokenly, "you can help me find a way to forgive myself."
Tortured by her tears, he clasped her tighter and rubbed his jaw against her temple, his voice a ravaged whisper: "I'm sorry," he told her. He cupped her face between his palms, tipping it up and gazing into her eyes, his thumbs moving over her wet cheeks. "I'm sorry." Slowly, he bent his head, covering her mouth with his. "I'm so damned sorry." 


This is so beautiful. Nothing can top this. I would treasure this moment for as long until I find anything better which I doubt and that would make as long as I shall live. :)

I realized that this song suited John & Belle's story. How Belle felt when she realized John needed her and she wanted so badly to be needed by John. Awww...perfect song for them. :)

Dancing At Midnight - Julia Quinn

John! Belle! I love them both. I always looking for a perfect hero with a perfect heroin which I thought would make a perfect love story ever. Until I met John & Belle and then I realized I was wrong. John was crippled. He was limping handsomely I must say. He was a Baron and I like him even sometimes I prefer mere mister than Baron (Duke biased). I love injured hero. I told myself I would be happy with a someone like John, not perfect but at least he was perfect for me (in this case for Belle). I pictured him walking and limping and in pained and I..I..I love him. I'm in love. I'm in love with a fiction hero. An injured one. A crippled one. And I don't give a damn. I want someone like him. Always thinking he was not worthy for someone, pushed that person away when the truth he was everything anyone ever dreamed of having. I love the fact that he was a soldier. He had nightmares, he blamed himself with everything, he thought his soul was dark and love was not an option in his dreadful life. I love troubled heroes. I love imperfect heroes. I love John and Hugh(next Smythe-Smith hero) . I found this story was so heartbreaking , so tender, so lovely and awakened  poignant feelings. The ending was marvelous of course. Belle came at his rescue. She saved him from his bleak life. She gave him love. He was loved by what most of the ton agree a perfect woman. Belle was for him. They were meant for each other. I couldn't help myself from crying when I thought John was going to die. Spencer was going to shoot him, and I don't like thinking my perfect hero die. I still can't get over the matter. I ached for him and I know just how he felt about himself. I always feel like that. I am not perfect. Nobody's perfect. But with John, I feel perfect. I feel like there is hope for the like of us (John and me) who was hoping for a perfectly happy ending when myself is not perfect to grasp the perfection. I am so attached with John character that I found myself hoping he was not just a novel's hero. But I can't thank Julia Quinn enough for creating him. He was everything that was closer to the reality. I'm sorry. I love the story so much. Lots of 'aww' moments but for now, I just want to cherish this wonderful moment with MY PERFECT IMPERFECT HERO!

Splendid - Julia Quinn

Splendid is splendid! Julia Quinn will never disappoint me.  I love stories about duke (I'm a duchess anyway :p) . And this one is marvelous. Alexander Ridgley, the Duke Of Ashbourne was really really adorable! Hahaha...he was! And cute and awww...he was gorgeous and handsome beyond...hmm...little problem! I find that all the heroes were handsome. Blast! Alex was really handsome indeed. Green eyes, thick, black hair...I couldn't ask for more. Jealous of Emma(his wife or better say his Duchess), how couldn't I be jealous. She got Alex, she got the title, she got the huge estates and of course the grand house and she was loved. :( I am crying for my misfortune and for my lack of rational thinking to differ reality from fiction! Grrr.... I couldn't help myself. Everyone reacts the same, thinks the same and crying over this nonsense (not really nonsense for me).  Julia Quinn's debut novel was really captivating. Humorous, lots of fun, I found myself giggling and sometimes I couldn't contain my laughter. I read past my bedtime! I shouldn't laughed out loud but who cares (my parents did). Need to remind myself not to read Julia Quinn's novels at midnight but you could if there's no one around you that needs good sleep :) . I always love this quote       'reformed rakes often make the best husbands' . This is for Alex I believe. He was a rake. I love rakes. They always good at everything involving women. I love when they realized their mistresses couldn't wipe away the desire they felt for this particular lady. :) It's just like they knew the one for them but refused to acknowledge the feeling. Silly but cute. Hehe.. I love when they suddenly changed, they suddenly knew the smell of the lady, the color of the lady's eyes, the hair , the lips, the skin, the..emm..everything?? Yep, they thought the air changed when she was there. They dreamed of her, they ached for her but refused to admit love. Thousand times CUTE! :) Alex was all that and more. He didn't like to go to balls but because of Emma , he went to all balls where Emma went. He couldn't be at ease without seeing her at least once a day. And I adore his family. His mother was adorable, his younger sister was talkative and so much in love with her husband and so charming. Splendid! Everything was so splendid. The moment they ran to each other (not really run,she fainted), it just happened. Even when he thought Emma was a maid, he didn't care, well he did care for her :) . And adorable little Charlie was chewable(Sophie's son). Imagined Alex facial expression when he realized that the beautiful miss he thought a maid was actually an heiress from America. Awww... I like this kind of moment. And he was so possessive of Emma and scared off her admirers. Million times CUTE! Haha, and the friendship shown between Alex and Dunford was so heartwarming. And when he was in rage because of Emma's stupidity , he looked so handsome(my imagination really good indeed) . I am reading 'Dancing At Midnight' now and Alex and Emma made appearances and I realized I couldn't get enough of them. There was this scene where Emma accompanied Belle to London for 2 weeks but Alex won't let her and gave her a week of time only. Her first day there, Alex sent her notes twice asking her to come home and saying that he missed her terribly. Hahahaha, infinity of CUTENESS!! Read Splendid please. I'm in love with none other than Alex O'Loughlin. Who can say no to this beautiful creature :p

It's not really love. Hahaha..I mean he's just perfect(at least in my eyes) . I can picture him as Zach Benedict from 'Perfect' . Sometimes, I pictured him as Matthew Farrel from 'Paradise' . Well, it has to stop because Zach and Matt were bestfriends and there were lots of scenes where they're together. Same person?? Grrr....better find someone else for Matt. Hihihi... And just recently, I pictured him as Danial Smythe-Smith from 'A Night Like This' . I just read the novel yesterday! Couldn't help myself. Alex is just..emm..how should I describe him? PERFECT & FLAWLESS & look at those SMILES of him. Awwwww......he's so cute, adorable but tough looking. Gorgeous!! Oh, I forgot! He also perfect as Anthony Bridgerton , the famous Viscount from the famous family created by Julia Quinn. He is suitable! Believe me even though I'm biased. I don't lie when it comes to gorgeous people. :)
